"Throttle Cable"

I have a 1974 commando 850 roadster and am trying to get a new throttle cable setup on old brits, thier catalog has several lenths ranging from 25.5" to 21" some say US and the others are european edditions. Also in standard adjustment or 1/4 turn adjustment. Does anyone know which is the correct set for my machine? I Have not dissasembled the cable yet to check it and was wondering what to order before I do the whole job or the best company to order from?.

Thanks

You need to reverse the order of your work.
Disassemble your bike.
Measure the cable to be replaced...outer jacke length (min/max with adjuster).
Then what is the additional length of the inner cable which would identify it's particular function. regular throttle or 1/4 turn.

then order parts.
be sure to measure what you get because genuine "factory" parts even in a sealed bag are not alway made to spec/correctly....DAMHIK
