"Norton International Engine Rebuild"

Please anyone out there, I require info on cam timing and oil pressure adjustments for a Norton International. Helping friend who's bike seized piston - suspect no top end lubrication, oilways are clear. Also looking for new oil pump, piston and rings. Any info or pointers appreciated.

I'd be happy to approach cam timing from a basic entry level, I can no doubt make it run, but I am no "single expert dude" and "can tell you all the coolest hottest set up info". I hope you have dial indicators and degree wheel ready at hand or I can surely be of no help!!!
