"T-120 unit transmision"

My 650 was running great all weekend until all of the sudden out of no where my shifter started acting up. The bike made a sudden jerk at around 35 mph and I instantly heard a rattling noise coming from the trans. As i went to shift up it didn't feel right and down was the same. It's like the shifter stays up or down when you click it. It has lost the ratchet feel.Any idea's on what it might be

thanks, mike d.

I suspect the spring fell outof the ratchet assembly. Either way you've got to open it up. Pat
