"amal 932 parts"

where do you guys suggest I buy parts for my 932 Amals. I want to replace the needle, needle jet, floats, and float needle. I went to British Only, but you have to download the price list, I'd just like to see listings and prices, since I will probably buy a few different needles,I'm having issues between 1/8-1/2 throttle. There must be other supplies with Amal parts, help if you can, thanks.

I use british cycle supply for those types of things.
They usually ship from NJ even though the order gets placed in nova scotia.

Try:
http://www.amalcarb.co.uk/
At least postage UK to US is reasonable, unlike US to UK rates.
Good luck.

When you guys refer to amal 932 carbs...

Does that mean series 900, 32mm?
Like a 930 would be series 900, 30 millimeters?
And presumably a 934, same, 34 millimeters?

Very curious.
DynoDave informed me I had a concentric Mk.II Amal. I need to buy the rubber intake that fits it. How am I supposed to know what SIZE? 30? 32? 34? I see diddly stamped on the casing which would help me??

No-where in my manuals does it describe what the amal numbers mean! So... like... how the hell is some new Norton owner (i.e. me) supposed to figure out these things? Jeez! Not everyone can be 'seasoned' Norton owners.

try a place called old brits out of washington state. I have ordered from them and they seem like nice people to deal with. Also they have a price list on there web site.

932amals Not real sure what the 9 stands for(would think 900 series) but the 32 is size.
