"hi all"

Hello everyone,

I picked up a 1977 Commando last week. There are few things I need to do before taking it on the road. Expect some questions from me next time.

Welcome to the forum.
One personal view however...IMO Your bike is a 75 MKIII, which I categorize as a "late release" due to nortons legal and financial problems. All your parts and service are from the 75 MKIII literature. Not worth an argument of course, but I thought I'd mention it.
I have 4 of them, 2 full runners and 2 baskets.
