I saw a posting on a BB for a new bearing in a commando SKF21306CC. SKF lists the load capacity as 55.2kN and speed rating as 7500rpm in oil. Also this bearing must be assembled...fixed to the cases and crank.
I always hated the old ball bearing for this reason. You eat up the cases every time you install or remove the bearings cold.
also No end float?
Yet the old NJ306ECP superblend shows 58.5kN and 11000rpm.
I guess I don't see the improvement over the old superblend with the superhyperbolic (sp) shaped rollers. If you have a stiff billet crank it won't flex, and if you overrev a stock crank it will break the crank soon enough anyway.
