Hi Group,

Just joined the list, and wanted to say HI.

I have three scooters at hte present time, a '72 750 Commando
thats in great mechanical/cosmetic shape, has about 23k on the
clock.

2nd bike is an '86 Yammi XJ700 Maxim X, 4 cylinder, liquid
cooled/shaft driven thats also in fine shape, first bike I got
in '04 after not riding for 25 yrs.

Last bike is a '05 Harley V-Rod that I bought as a new
left-over in December of '06. A very sweet ride also.
I split most of my riding time between the HD and
Norton, sometimes I think I get MORE waves and thumbs "up'
with the Commando.

Anyone in the CT area?

Jim

Hi Jim
Welcome to this forum. It has been quiet here recently. But IMO a few other forums are dominated by real rookies and are riddled with popularized but flawed info....

Also FWIW
NNENO.org, a chapter of INOA, covers Connecticut.
While the administrative core group is north of Boston, We do get down to Ct on ocassion. I'm originally from the North Haven area. We are more of a tech support group rather than a riding oriented club. Brit Iron of Ct does fine in that arena. We also have a members-only yahoo groups forum for tech support or club business.
