Welcome to fellow vintage British motorcycle enthusiasts. We hope you enjoy this web site as much as you enjoy your vintage motorcycle. We mostly talk about Nortons since they seem to be a favorite. But we also talk about the other British motorcyycles of the same era, 1900 - 1977.
This web site is operated by a group of vintage motorcycle owners scattered around the world. We have been together since 1997 in our on line forums discussing every aspect of British motorcycles.
This effort is independent of any person, store or club in it's purpose and mission which is to form a network of people who are interested in owning, restorinhg or riding the vintage British machines. To achieve this mission we operate this web site for open discussions and as a resource for technical information. You are welcome to contribute your opinions in our forums or articles for publication. Everyone who appreciates this era of British engineering is welcome.
There are hundreds of visitors daily from many countries. There are many reconized experts participating. When you register you will be able to fully participate in all the forums. After you have been a member for a while and posted some interesting posts that lead to further discussion you will be invited to join the group of "Sages" who operate the web site. This group is simply a bunch of folks, ranging from professionals to tradesmen to hobbists that enjoy the Norton and their Birtish motorcycle cousins.
Our advertisers support this effort and we encourage you to patronize them. Their generous contributions keep the forum free to the members. Click any link from our site to visit them.
In the first half of 2006 we are undergoing a major rennovation and some of the information on our menus is incomplete. Please be patient while our volunteers get the tech section re-organized. During this time the forum is fully accessable and operational. If you have any questions or want to contribute an article email the
