"blowing fuse"

Hello
My 1973 commando keeps blowing it's fuse. Starts and runs. In stop and go traffic 15 +/-miles it blows. On the freeway more miles until it blows 50 +/- miles. I just installed a H4 headlight and a LED tailight. I have checked wiring for chafe and rechecked installation. I'm sooo confused.
Thanks for any help.
Mike

Are you running a 15amp fuse? The bike should never draw more than that.
